Rural Surveyor - Northern Consultancy Team | Newcastle/Carlisle/York
We're working with a leading rural consultancy team who are expanding their Northern division. They're on the lookout for a qualified MRICS surveyor with valuation experience and a flair for consultancy work across Yorkshire, Cumbria and the North East.
🔍 What you'll be doing:
Red Book valuations for loan security, tax, probate and estate planning
Landlord & tenant consultancy across rural, commercial and residential assets
Winning new instructions from banks, solicitors, accountants and private clients
Applying basic tax law and handling negotiations with confidence
🧠 What they're looking for:
MRICS qualified & RICS registered valuer
Strong analytical and technical skills
High-quality written reporting and attention to detail
Curious mindset and a drive to push boundaries
Full UK driving licence
