Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £26,800 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days working from home
Contract: Permanent

Are you a Russian-speaking Customer Service professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Edinburgh?

We are currently recruiting for a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing international travel organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you will support customers with their travel arrangements and provide an excellent level of service.

The Role

As a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a range of travel-related enquiries, including flights, hotels and other travel services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer enquiries via telephone and live chat

Assisting customers with bookings, amendments and general travel queries

Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

Providing a high level of customer service throughout every interaction

Working towards individual and team KPIs and service targets

Using multiple computer systems to access and update customer information

Communicating clearly and professionally with customers in both Russian and English

Working effectively as part of a busy and supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused and enjoys helping people.

Ideally, you will have:

Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken

Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality or a similar environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Good computer and typing skills

The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations

A positive and adaptable approach to work

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

Previous experience within the travel industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

£26,800 basic salary

Hybrid working - 3 days in the Edinburgh office and 2 days from home

Full-time, permanent position

37.5 hours per week
