Salary up to £75000k + Package
CAREER PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £75K, BASED IN CHELTENHAM
WITH A FOCUS ON EXISTING CLIENTS THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS OWNERSHIP, FLEXIBILITY AND A VERY VARIED TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS TO BE PART OF AND TO MANAGE.

Quantity Surveyor role:
Building cots for master plans on large residential development
Creating viability assessment for projects with a focus in client needs
pricing roads, sewers, infrastructure, affordable housing, schools and local infrastructure
Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
Business minded
Relationship building skills and experience
Organized and thorough
