Safeguarding Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire
Pay: £15 per hour, full time on-site role
Length: until Christmas initially - possible extension
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting safeguarding and student welfare?
We're looking for a Safeguarding Administrator to join the Safeguarding Team at a leading education organisation on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience to support a vital area of college operations.
The Role:
* Reading safeguarding files received from feeder schools
* Summarising key information accurately and sensitively
* Uploading concerns and summaries onto the college's system
* Ensuring all information is handled confidentially and in line with safeguarding procedures
The Person:
* Strong administrative background (education or safeguarding experience beneficial but not essential)
* Immediately available and happy taking on a temporary role
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Resilience and discretion when handling sensitive information
