Safeguarding Adults Board Manager
Location: Morden, SM4 5DX
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 33.23 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the operations of the Safeguarding Adults Board.
Ensure compliance with national and local policies and legislation related to social care services.
Communicate effectively in various challenging situations and with diverse audiences.
Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to enhance safeguarding practices.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Relevant qualifications in social and healthcare.
Extensive knowledge of social care policies and legislation.
Strong communication skills for public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Have
Experience in managing safeguarding boards or similar roles.
Additional certifications in social care management.
