We’re supporting a housing provider in recruiting a Safety Compliance Advisor to help ensure full compliance across gas, electrical and lift safety.
The Role
You’ll oversee compliance programmes, manage servicing and remedial works, maintain accurate records, and ensure all properties meet regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and auditors to keep residents safe and systems compliant.

Maintain and update compliance data

About You

Knowledge of gas, electrical and lift safety regulations

Strong communication and IT skills

Contract management experience

Full UK driving licence
*
Relevant VRQ Level 2 qualification(s)
