Salaried GP – Gloucester || Training Practice | No Home Visits
A forward-thinking and well-established GP training practice in Gloucester is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join their expanding clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who values clinical development, a great team culture, and a healthy work–life balance — all within a modern, purpose-built facility.

Role Highlights
Competitive salary: Up to 12,500 per sessiom
Flexible sessions: 4–8 sessions per week
No home visits: All care is delivered on-site or remotely

Clinical systems: EMIS Web
Multidisciplinary support: ANPs, nurses, pharmacists, HCAs, and a dedicated admin team
Reduced admin burden: Strong back-office support and protected clinical time
Team engagement: Regular clinical meetings, audits, and QI projects
Training environment: Involved in teaching medical students and GP registrars
Career growth: Encouragement and opportunities to pursue special interests or leadership roles
