Salary: £10,500–£11,500 per session (DOE)
Sessions: Up to 8 sessions per week
Contract Type: Salaried >> Partnership for the right GP

Are you a passionate and committed GP looking for your next role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our surgery are a well-established, patient-focused practice based in the heart of Swindon, looking to welcome a new GP to our experienced and friendly clinical team. They are an established training practice and also heavily involved with medical research.
The Practice:
* Modern, purpose-built premises with excellent facilities
* Patient list size: approx. 11,000
* Highly skilled team including ANPs, pharmacists, and paramedics
* Strong focus on quality improvement, staff wellbeing, and work-life balance
* Home visiting team
* High QOF achievement and active involvement in local PCN initiatives
* Training practice with medical students and GP registrars
The Role:
* Up to 8 sessions per week (days negotiable)
* Mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
* 25 patients per day (13/12 split)
* 10 & 15 minute appointments
* Shared clinical and administrative workload
* Opportunities to develop special interests and take on additional responsibilities
* Supportive onboarding for newly qualified GPs
On Offer:
* £10,500–£11,500 (DOE)
