Job Title: Sales Support Assistant
Location: Chichester
Hours: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £27,500 d.o.e.

What the Sales Support Assistant will be doing:
* Handle day-to-day sales admin (SAP/WR1 system)
* Manage orders & quotes
* Process website orders & add new products
* Organise deliveries via transport providers
* Resolve customer queries by phone & email
* First point of contact for customer enquiries
* Maintain customer databases
* Support occasional marketing tasks
What we’re looking for the Sale Support Assistant
* Experience in sales/customer service
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication (phone, email & written)
* Proactive, organised, detail-focused
* Able to manage multiple tasks & deadlines
* Self-starter with new ideas & solutions
* Full UK driving licence & own car
Nice to have
* Knowledge of garden centres, landscaping, sports turf
* Confident engaging with customers face-to-face
