Sales Manager / Account Manager – Fire Dampers / Duct Cleaning – FM Market required for a UK-wide role. This position is home-based and suited to someone with a damper or duct cleaning background. * Build and manage relationships with FM providers, including CBRE
* Promote fire damper inspections, testing and duct compliance services
* Manage existing accounts and identify additional work streams
* Attend client meetings and occasional site visits across the UK
* Prepare and present proposals for new and existing clients
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
* Identify multi-site contract opportunities
* Stay up to date with compliance standards and industry requirements
