Imperial Recruitment Group is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with TK Access Solutions limited, a globally recognised manufacturer of stairlifts, to appoint a UK North Sales Account Manager on a permanent basis. Role Summary: The role exists to grow sales of Access BDD products in the UK reseller (B2B) channel. The UK Sales Manager is the face of the company in the territory, building strong, professional relationships with business partners, representing the brand, and driving partners’ sales of Access BDD products to meet agreed targets. The role also involves identifying and recruiting new partners to expand the network. You will plan, implement, and continually improve the approach for achieving sales growth. This includes developing existing partners, recruiting new partners, promoting products, and running activities that engage customers. They will regularly review results and use market feedback to recommend changes to products, services, and processes. The role also ensures partners have the knowledge and training required to sell effectively and work seamlessly with Access BDD. A clear understanding of what motivates partners’ customers to buy—and using that insight to increase sales—is central to the role. Job Title: UK North Sales Account Manager Salary: Negotiable + bonus Hours: Full time, general office hours Location: Teesside Key Responsibilities: * Demonstrate and promote the company values at all times: customer centricity, appreciation, integrity, reliability, respect, and responsibility. * Comply with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines and procedures in all personal and departmental activities. * Achieve annual sales targets by planning and delivering sales activities, implementing agreed strategies, and proactively analysing trends and results. * Forecast sales performance for specific customers and regions, covering both existing and new products. * Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply and demand, market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity. * Increase sales by proactively managing and developing existing business partners to meet agreed targets. * Increase sales by actively sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting new business partners. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and building personal networks. * Deliver agreed targets and objectives in line with company sales policies and strategies. * Support business partners by presenting new products, ideas, and techniques, and by providing training as required. * Use market feedback to propose new strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners through regular visits, and arrange meetings with potential new partners. * Travel frequently within the designated territory to meet existing and potential business partners. * Provide clear and detailed agendas before meetings, and prepare accurate reports after sales visits. * Ensure business partners are effectively trained on the company’s products, processes, and services to enable them to sell successfully and work seamlessly with Access BDD. * Support the Accounts Department with credit control and cash collection activities when required, and oversee partners’ credit applications. * Assist with travel and hospitality arrangements when business partners visit TK Access sites. * Represent the company at relevant exhibitions to raise the brand profile. * Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Regional Manager (Northern Europe).
