Sales Account Manager
Stafford | £ £32,000.00 - £39,000.00 per year.+ Bonus
Full-time | Monday to Friday | Office-Based
About the Role
We are seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our clients team at their Stafford office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills and a passion for client service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities
Proactively upselling through regular client engagement
Deliver tailored product/service recommendations to meet client needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceIdeal candidate
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with attention to detail
Confident in engaging with decision-makers
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity and performance
