Sales Account Manager
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager with our client based in Nuneaton.
Our client is looking for a proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused individual to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing new enquiries, coordinating orders, and identifying sales opportunities. Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit will be essential to achieve their annual sales targets.
This position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, offering a great work-life balance with a total of 40 hours per week. However, if a Monday to Friday arrangement works better for you, the company is open to considering that as well.
Duties - Sales Account Manager
* Responding promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries across various channels (email, phone, web, social media).
* Qualifying and prioritising leads based on urgency and potential value.
* Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel with personalised follow-ups.
* Managing the lifecycle of customer orders from quotation to production, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and feasibility.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while developing existing accounts.
Experience required - Sales Account Manager
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and resolving problems.
