What You'll Do
Generate new business via outbound telesales, face-to-face meetings, and networking
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to account management and retention
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions
Deliver and exceed sales, revenue, and gross profit targets
Provide accurate quotations and keep customers informed every step of the way
Report on activity and performance to the Branch Manager What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or cold calling
Track record of achieving targets and KPIs
Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
Self-motivated and organised with a can-do attitude
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - Grade C/4 or above
Full UK Driving Licence required What You'll Get
