Used Car Administrator / Delivery Coordinator – Swadlincote
Basic: Circa £21,600
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy used car supermarket and brokerage at their Head Office in Swadlincote. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the sales and delivery process. This Sales Administrator / Delivery Coordinator role would suit someone with dealership sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

Following up with clients and customers to confirm vehicle handover details
Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries
Processing and chasing invoices, arranging payments, and updating records
Supporting the sales and logistics team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Handling general administrative duties to keep everything running efficientlyWhat we’re looking for:
Previous experience in dealership sales administration (ideal)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confidence in chasing payments and handling invoices
