Sales Administrator

Mon – Fri 37hrs
We are currently recruiting for our client in Grantham who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team. This role will be to support in the sales department as a sales Administrator or within the accounts department
This will be a varied role, offering the opportunity to work across both areas of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. We are interested in hearing from individuals who have experience of working in either of these areas or, ideally, a multi-skilled individual with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills that can provide support in both areas.
Main Duties
  * Enquiry processes and quotations and Sales order processing
  * Sales Invoicing
  * Document processing
  * Customer liaison via both telephone and email.
  * sales and purchase ledger
  * Reconciliation of supplier statements
  * Banking cash and cheques when necessary
The successful Sales Administrator candidate will have
  * Highly organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  * A “can do” attitude, willing to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  * Computer literate (competent use of Word and Excel along with previous experience of MRP and CRM systems.
  * Excellent communicator across all mediums including face-to-face, telephone and electronic.
  * Confident telephone manner (as you will be taking international calls).
  * Basic accounting skills with previous experience in an accounts role
  * Strong numerical and analytical skills with good written and verbal English
Working Hours for Sales Administrator:
Monday - Thursday 8.15 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8.30 am – 12.30 pm.
