Sales Administrator

Temporary with the potential to become permanent

Doncaster, salary £26-28k

Hours: 40 per week Mon-Fri; 8.00am till 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5.00pm

Sales Order Processor, overview:

Our client, a busy local employer, are keen to recruit a professional administrator / customer services person to support the company goal of an accurate next day delivery of complete orders placed by 4pm, priced and processed correctly and 100% customer satisfaction. This role is very much about aptitude and attitude.

Responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor include:

Processing customer purchase orders and proformas.

Call / email customers to advise about out of stock items.

Completing orders placed via the website.

Booking in orders with customers when required.

Learning and using the Microsoft ERP system.

Creating all purchase orders which can be tracked through the system.

Allocating stock transfers for purchase orders.

Allocating back orders when products arrive into stock.

Other supporting activities including phone answering and customer services.

As well as enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude, the successful Sales Order Processor will have:

Ability to communicate clearly and be IT literate.

Able to use their initiative and work productively to achieve KPIs.

Suitable numerical and reading skills to complete computer tasks and follow written instructions.

Ability to work as a team and find solutions.
