Working within a small and welcoming team, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that orders flow smoothly from start to finish. The role is diverse, fast paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and being involved in multiple aspects of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full sales order process, including liaising with customers, processing orders, and ensuring timely despatch
Preparing customer quotations and following up professionally.
Working closely with internal departments to maintain a smooth order workflow.
Acting as the first point of contact and answering incoming calls.
Resolving customer queries with confidence and care.
Producing a range of reports as required.
General administrative duties to support the wider team.
The Candidate
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or sales administration role.
Professional and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
Able to handle customer issues or conflict calmly and effectively.
Conscientious, accurate, and have strong attention to detail.
Reliable, positive, and proactive with a strong "can do" attitude.
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Package & Benefits
This is a full time, permanent, office based role (39 hours per week) with an annual salary of £26,364.00 (£13.00 per hour).
Office hours:
Monday-Thursday: 07:45am - 4:15pm.
Friday: 07:45am - 3:15pm.
