Sales Administrator!

This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a half-day on Fridays-ideal for kick starting your weekend!
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide first-class sales administration service to our valued customers. You will take charge of a designated group of clients and forge excellent working relationships to support sales development. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring a swift turnaround (targeting 4 hours for key customers). Monitor order statuses and communicate any changes, such as dispatch date amendments.
Sales Support: Follow up on customer quotations to maximise order conversion and provide robust support to the external sales team for ongoing projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay fully informed about our complete range of products and part numbering systems, offering expert advice to customers as needed.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to the company's quality system and sales office procedures, suggesting enhancements wherever possible.
CRM Maintenance: Help maintain accurate information on the CRM system and assist with general office administration tasks. What We're Looking For:
Previous experience within a sales admin role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
