Job Description

Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Support required to join a leading global engineering supplier. The successful Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Support will excel in providing technical support, sales, advice, generating quotations, processing orders, expediting requests, managing documentation, and supporting pricing for bespoke HVAC products and solutions.   The Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Support will ideally have experience with HVAC, Dryers, Blowers, Industrial machinery, and a strong desire to learn and advance within a global engineering environment. Full product training is provided.   Package: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension, healthcare Additional benefits Opportunities for Hybrid work  Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Support Role Handle inbound calls, customer queries, and follow-ups on HVAC product quotations. Coordinate shipments and deliveries for engineering equipment and parts. Prepare quotations and process orders, returns, and invoices. Liaise with engineering teams to support sales and service operations. Manage stock control, purchasing, and cost monitoring. Office based in Stafford with hybrid opportunities Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Support requirements Experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or similar commercial role, ideally in the HVAC, Blowers, dryers, compressed air, or wider engineering/manufacturing sector Strong understanding of engineering or industrial products and the ability to discuss technical details with customers Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with engineering, production, and purchasing departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). CRM,  ERP systems would be a plus. Willingness to develop product knowledge around HVAC solutions. Engineers looking to come off of the tools may be of interest
