T&K Associates are working in partnership with our client based in Swadlincote, due to rapid growth and expansion. Our client feels now is the right time to recruit a Sales Administrator to add to the growing team on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Administrator who is team focused and has a keen eye for detail. Sales Administrator Benefits: * £28,000 per annum * Fantastic yearly bonus scheme (after the first 12 months) * Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.30pm * Access to Vivup – money off vouchers, cinema tickets and more * Access to BHSF – reclaim money back from opticians, dentists, chiropractors. * Company pension scheme * Kitchen facilities * Referral scheme * Permanent role after 12 weeks * Company events * Free Parking Sales Administrator Job Role & Responsibilities include; * Efficiently handle and process sales quotes and enquiries * Manage sales orders from initiation to completion * Log important information in the company CRM (Salesforce) * Perform data administration tasks * Ensure all relevant paperwork is accurately completed. * Respond to emails and calls promptly * Acquire adequate product knowledge to advise, implement, and amend sales orders. * Contribute positively to employee welfare and help maintain a happy, productive, and safe working environment Sales Administrator Specification * Team Focused * Computers and systems literate * Ability to communicate on different levels * Pro-active, motivated and can share ideas and make this role their own * Strong administration experience * Excellent working knowledge of MS office programmes * Be able to work alone or as part of a team Please get in touch with T&K Associates today, immediate starts are available
