Role: Sales Administrator Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex (must have access to own vehicle due to office location) Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Fully Office-Based Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team at a well-established business based in East Grinstead. This is a varied, fully office-based role with some customer-facing elements, playing a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to both prospective and existing clients. Key Responsibilities include: Responding promptly to incoming calls and email enquiries Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom Scheduling appointments and managing team diaries Maintaining and updating the company's CRM system Providing general administrative support to the sales teamStrong organisational and administration skills are an essential requirement to being considered for this position as well as a customer focused approach and good attention to detail.
