A well-established and highly regarded training organisation based in the East Midlands is looking for a Sales Administrator to support its expanding team.
The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of this respected training provider. This position is key to ensuring that learners are efficiently welcomed and enrolled onto the appropriate courses, while also managing a range of essential administrative tasks to support the wider team and training delivery.
Following their most recent Ofsted inspection, they proudly retained a “Good” rating and continue to invest in developing and enhancing their provision.
Providing a wide range of employment-related training, including Full-Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Adult Learning Loans, Employability, and work experience opportunities. These services support adults and young people from diverse backgrounds in improving their employment prospects and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Timely onboarding of learners onto commercial training programmes.
*
Provide administrative support to ensure invoices are issued and paid promptly.
*
Prepare for learner information sessions ahead of course start dates.
*
Coordinate communication between delegates, employers, the Commercial Director, and the wider team.
*
Research and compile data and reports to support sales generation.
*
Maintain and update the sales pipeline to support sales targets.
*
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information.
*
Maintain accurate records and customer support reports.
*
Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
*
Attend events and trade shows to promote training offerings.
*
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
Other Responsibilities:

Comply with internal procedures and policies, including those related to equality of opportunity, health and safety, and safeguarding.

Undertake additional duties or projects relevant to the role as required.
Person Specification – Sales Administrator
Essential:
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*
Experience in a customer service environment.
*
Strong administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
*
Effective task coordination and time management skills.
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
*
English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent.
*
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Desirable:

Previous experience in a sales support or administration role.
*
Background in learning and development coordination.
*
Full driving licence and access to personal transport
