Sales Administrator – Main Dealer
📍 Leatherhead | 💷 £30,000 per annum | 🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Are you an organised, detail-focused professional looking for your next opportunity in the motor trade? Our established main dealer in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team and play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our busy sales department.
What you’ll be doing:
* Processing all sales administration accurately and efficiently
* Managing vehicle orders, invoices, and documentation in line with dealer and manufacturer standards
* Liaising with the sales team, finance companies, and customers to ensure everything runs seamlessly
* Maintaining accurate records and databases, with a keen eye for compliance and detail
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role within a main dealer or motor trade environment (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and a process-driven approach
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
* Confident IT skills and the ability to pick up dealership systems quickly
* A proactive, positive attitude and a strong team player
