Job Description

Hemel Hempstead (Office Mon-Thu, WFH Fridays) Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm About the Role We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business, supporting the sales and finance teams with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of a collaborative, dynamic team environment. You'll be the key point of contact for customer queries, order processing, and logistics support. The role is highly data-driven, so advanced Excel skills will be essential particularly VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis. What You'll Be Doing Processing daily B2B and B2C sales orders Raising and sending invoices, uploading to customer portals Managing and analysing order files (CSV) and liaising with logistics partners in the UK & US Providing customer service support via phone and email (including credit control) Assisting with key account management where required Creating commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for international shipments Preparing customer samples and supporting sales team meetings at head office Assisting with event and exhibition preparation (UK, EU & USA) Handling courier collections and demo stock management Keeping product and logistics documents up to date What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role Strong MS Excel skills - including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and managing large datasets Confident using other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach A strong team player who can also work independently when needed Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWhat's on Offer Competitive salary Office-based Mon-Thu, with work from home on Fridays A supportive, creative, and collaborative team environment Opportunities to learn, grow, and progress Gym membership Yearly bonus Think Specialist Recruitment is an independent support staff recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and working across the Herts, Beds and Bucks area.
