Primary Duties:
Dealing with enquiries for products.
Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
Processing enquiries using an inhouse CRM system
Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team to ensure they understand the customer request.
You will monitor all SLA’s and request for questionnaires.
Working closely with the sales team.
Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
Skills Required
Detail orientated.
Ability to self-manage and motivate.
Ability to work well as part of team.
Confidence to challenge.
Communication skills in person, by phone & email.
Adaptability.
Problem-Solving.
Experience with CAD or similar design package.
