Internal Sales Administrator Hours: 21 - 25 per week | Rate: £14 - 15 per hour | Permanent Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? A well-established electronics supplier is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, enquiries, quotations, and sample requests promptly. Dispatch goods to meet customer deadlines and communicate any delays. Support external sales representatives with visit reports, quotes, and samples. Maintain accurate customer and marketing databases. Account manage a selection of key customers and be their main point of contact. Assist with ad hoc marketing campaigns.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and email communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
