* £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator (Delivery Facilitator) with a solid background in administration, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project manage and provide administrative support within the Delivery Team
* Plan, coordinate and oversee new installations, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
* Liaise with engineers, 3rd-party suppliers and customers in a professional manner
* Keep customers fully updated throughout the installation process
* Take full ownership of installations until completion
* Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases
* Manage porting, line migrations and broadband services
* Ensure billing is correctly set up post-installation
