Engage in training to master the product sales process, including order taking and delivery logistics.
Manage sales administration tasks to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
Support the sales team with sampling requests, CRM data entry, and daily activities.
Generate and share monthly reports on best-selling products and sample requests.
Prepare and despatch daily sample orders for clients.
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for invoices.
Coordinate with the warehouse to receive and verify incoming shipments.
Assist with internal purchasing processes and customer communications.
Proactively learn about industry products and services to build expertise.
Participate in additional ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
