Berry Recruitment are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support a busy team who specialise in sales operations and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, potential clients, external sales representatives, and global office teams.
Prepare and process customer enquiries and orders with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments including Production Control, Despatch, and Accounts to facilitate timely order fulfilment.
Monitor and communicate order progress by liaising with relevant teams to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.
Follow established procedures for each task, ensuring full compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience within sales or administration is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
