Job Description

Sales Administrator Location: ​W​eybridge, Surrey Pay Rate: £1​5.02 per hour (Equivalent to approximately £​29,300 annually) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days working from home after approximately​ 2 weeks Parking: Available on-site Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Duration: ​O​ngoing / Potentially permanent Role Summary: A global organisation and leader in its industry is seeking a Sales Administrator to join ​on a temporary basis. ​This role is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of client accounts from within the business, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary internal liaison for assigned customer accounts Process customer ​d​etails and amendments with accuracy and efficiency ​Working closely with relevant departments ​Ensure client expectations are met Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal ​t​eams Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve any account-related issues Maintain and update customer records and communications in CRM systems Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Teams as required Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or account coordination role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is desirable A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership Team player who can also work independently
