We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team in Swanley!
Role: Sales Administrator
Contract Type: Temp To Perm (4-6 weeks temping initially)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Location: Swanley, free parking on site and a 15-minute walk from Swanley train station
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Start: Monday 1st SeptemberDuties:
Process a high-volume of product orders
Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with orders and queries
Process invoices for all sales transactions
Ensure customer data is up to date
Provide support in reporting sales data
Support the branch sales team with general operations
Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
Communicate internally the feedback from the customersYour skills should include:
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not a requirement
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is desirable but not essentialWhy Join Us?
