Your Mission (What You'll Actually Be Doing):
* Client Support: Be the friendly face (and voice!) of the company, guiding clients through their insurance options and finding solutions that genuinely work for them.
* Skill Building: Dive into our full training program. You’ll learn about different insurance products, modern sales techniques, and the regulations that keep us legit.
* System Savvy: Keep our client records sharp and systems up-to-date. Your attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly.
* Team Wins: Work closely with the team on policy renewals, amendments, and claims. We hit KPI sales targets together – celebrating our shared success.
* Future-Proofing: Get support to earn professional qualifications (like the CII) that boost your expertise and your salary.
