Key Responsibilities
  * Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone and email
  * Provide clear technical product information and guidance
  * Prepare accurate and timely quotations
  * Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
  * Support the wider team with administrative and technical tasks
What We’re Looking For
  * A genuine interest in technical products and solutions
  * Strong communication and customer‑handling skills
  * Excellent attention to detail when preparing quotes
  * A proactive, organised approach to workload
  * Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Working Hours
  * Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  * Friday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
