Sales Advisor
Birmingham
£30,000-£35,000 p.a. + uncapped commission

The Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:
  * Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  * Build trust and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
  * Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale.
  * Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to maximise value.
  * Accurately update customer information on the CRM system.
  * Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  * Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  * Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
About You as the Sales Advisor:
  * Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service or customer retention.
  * A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
  * Positive, enthusiastic and target driven.
  * Able to handle objections professionally.
  * Organised with strong attention to detail.
  * Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment.
