Sales Advisor - Full-Time (Leicester)
Salary: £25,396 - £45,000 OTE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected online retailer based in Leicester. Specialising in home entertainment and domestic appliances, the company has been operating successfully for over 30 years and currently generates annual revenues exceeding £80 million. They are known for their outstanding customer service and dynamic working environment.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at the client's head office in Leicester, with working hours being 9am to 5.30pm. Weekend working is required, with time off during the week in lieu.
The Role - Focused on Customer Experience
As a Sales Advisor in the office based role, you will play a key part in creating a positive and informative buying experience for customers. This role goes beyond transactional sales - it is about building trust, understanding customer needs, and offering product recommendations that genuinely add value.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, online and in-person.
Build rapport with customers and provide product knowledge with confidence.
Assist customers through the purchasing process, from enquiry to sale.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders.
Work to achieve individual and team-based sales targets.About You
The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable and eager to learn. While previous sales experience is advantageous, it is not essential - full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
