Location: St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales
Hours of work: Between 08.00 and 19.00, Monday to Friday
There may be a requirement to take part in a rota for part time hours on Saturday
About the role

You will be working in a positive and exciting team environment where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that the company offer offer. You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls which may include cold calling. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is taken at all times. You will need to be passionate about the quality of work that you deliver and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity.
Main duties:
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met
Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in a omni-channel call centre environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat
Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance
Practice and promote ethical selling
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help our customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn
Be a subject matter expert
Keep the customer at the centre of everything you do
Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer Identify opportunities and introduce the customer to our fantastic products and services.
Promote and implement our Direct Debit programmes
Act as an Ambassador for the company when representing and promoting the company
Handle all calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained on the database making clear and concise notes in required fields
Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns
Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times
Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer centric approach
Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of
Sales Advisor PERSON SPECIFICATION
Skills
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work individually or as part of a team
A flexible and proactive approach to work
· Excellent telephone skills
· Microsoft/IT/database skills/bespoke systems
Qualifications
· Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience
· Customer Service experience
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· Proven track record of achieving KPI’s/Targets
· Working in a target driven environment
· Outbound dialler experience
· Sales Experience
· Call Centre experience
