Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor
Eden Brown Synergy are working with a client in Liverpool who are looking for Sales Advisors to join them on a part time permanent basis. The role will be for 30 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £20k.
Key responsibilities would include
- Conducting outbound calls to businesses currently supplied by stakeholders
- Assess customer satisfaction and offer renewal options
- Overcome objections and handle rejection with resilience
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
- Track and report sales progress to management
My client are looking for people with the below attributes:
- Confident and personable, able to communicate effectively over the phone
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Strong objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome gatekeepers
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales role
