Identify and secure new commercial clients to build and expand your own portfolio of business
Conduct research on local businesses and market trends to maintain a consistent pipeline
Establish and nurture strong relationships with SME customers, delivering tailored solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to refer clients to other services
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention

Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritise and manage your own workload independently
