Job Description
Sales Advisor (New Homes) – East Sussex, Leading Housebuilder
Knightwood are working with a leading housebuilder who are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their busy Sussex division, based on a development in East Sussex.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work across the region.
The Role:
*
Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the development
*
Guide purchasers through the buying journey from initial enquiry to completion
*
Manage reservations, contracts, and customer extras (upgrades & options)
*
Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes
*
Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, as the role involves managing customer extras and various site processes
*
Will consider candidates without direct experience if they can demonstrate strong presentation, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
Package & Hours:
*
Basic salary: £35,990
*
OTE: £60,000+
*
Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10am – 5:30pm (sales office open 7 days a week)
*
26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*
