Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our Energy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients.
This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties of this Outbound Sales Advisor
Engage with potential clients through B2B sales strategies to promote our products and services to find the best prices for Energy
Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress and manage pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Provide detailed product information and assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends to inform management decisions.Qualifications for this Outbound Sales Advisor
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
