💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Proactively contacting warm leads via dialler and manual calls – no cold calling!
* Guiding families through the protection process with empathy and professionalism.
* Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ health and financial needs.
* Recommending tailored insurance solutions to protect what matters most.
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ years of sales experience.
* A confident, articulate phone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
* A self-starter with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
* Insurance experience is a plus, but not essential – we value attitude and aptitude.
