Sales and Business Partner – Success Moves Group (Remote | Dubai Focus)
Success Moves Group is expanding. We are a group of companies that specialise in building, recruiting, and scaling high-performance sales teams. But we don’t stop at recruitment. We make those teams productive. That starts with lead generation, a core division of our business. We warm up and qualify leads, provide AI-powered sales agents to open conversations, and set up closers for success.
You can be baed anywhere but we would expct youo at some point to move to Dubai.
We also run a membership club for small and medium-sized businesses, including freelancers, all focused on scaling sales. It’s a culture of remote-working entrepreneurs, operating under a partner model that functions like a franchise with licensing rights.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a remote Sales and Business Partner. A senior-level executive with extensive sales experience in any industry, to lead our Success Moves Dubai enterprise.
Our group offers sales management and recruitment consultancy, with services ranging from lead supply to fully outsourced sales and marketing functions including AI sales agents. We operate exclusively on a retained basis, meaning clients pay a deposit before we begin. This ensures commitment, quality, and profitability.
Dubai is one of our most lucrative markets. We work with C-level decision-makers in Dubai-based companies and UK firms looking to establish a presence in the region. Your role will be to help us market the brand, secure client introductions, and headhunt candidates for specific roles. You must be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Building and managing your own sales operation
• Using AI voice agents and automation tools to accelerate lead generation
• Securing retained recruitment and sales outsourcing contracts
• Headhunting top talent for client mandates
• Working closely with our leadership team to scale the Dubai division
• Earning residual income from every client you bring in
What You’ll Get

Who You Are
• A senior executive with experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and hungry to build personal wealth
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
• Ideally self-employed or with experience running your own business
• Ambitious, disciplined, and ready to work hard in month one to build long-term income
