💼 Senior Leadership Role
Are you a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in workforce supply for the construction and infrastructure sectors? Do you thrive on building client relationships, winning national contracts, and driving growth?
DSG is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to lead our new business and key account growth strategy across the UK. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll work with Tier 1 contractors, JV partners, and developers to drive major workforce supply opportunities in rail, highways, energy, and civils.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and delivering DSG’s national new business strategy across blue- and white-collar labour, and MEP markets.
Leading client engagement from first contact through to mobilisation, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term growth.
Targeting and securing major frameworks, long-term programmes, and private contracts aligned with DSG’s operational strengths.
Representing DSG at industry events, building high-level networks, and raising our national profile.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure capacity planning, commercial viability, and contract compliance.
Leading and mentoring the Sales and Key Account team to achieve growth targets and best-in-class client service.What We’re Looking For:
Strong business development and leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, recruitment, or labour supply.
A proven ability to win contracts, build trust, and develop strategic relationships.
Commercially astute with a client-first, consultative approach to sales.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of site operations, mobilisation challenges, and the UK construction labour market.
Based in or able to travel regularly to Harlesden and across the UK.What We Offer:
