Our client, a prominent provider of equipment and training for work at height, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead growth and uphold their brand reputation. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts. Campaign Management: Plan and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Digital Presence: Oversee social media strategies, website management, and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Marketing Activities: Design simple yet effective marketing initiatives that drive results and engagement. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and capitalise on new opportunities. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required to support the organisation's goals. Competence Required: Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the SME sector, is highly advantageous.
