Leeds City Centre | £44,000 Per Annum + Company Car
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead and grow our Leeds based security business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and industry experience to take ownership of both operational excellence and business development within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across our security contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and compliance standards.
* Lead, motivate and manage a team of supervisors and security personnel.
* Drive new business opportunities through networking, tendering, and relationship management.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance reports to achieve commercial targets.
* Ensure all operations comply with company policies, SIA regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
About You:
* Proven experience in a management role within the security industry (essential).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of operational processes, site management, and client liaison.
* Commercially focused, with a track record of driving business growth.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
