Job Description

The Role
Summary: responsible for achieving sales growth and coverage of nominated Electrical Wholesaler and End User / Contractor accounts in the London area within the Trade division.
The role will see you working with nominated Electrical Wholesalers (50%) and End Users and Contractors (50%) to build, nurture and develop fruitful relationships.
You will;
* Manage call plans and customer contact / visits to maximise coverage of the region
* Ensure the key accounts and distributors are equipped with the best possible knowledge of the product range and marketing support
* Further develop customer knowledge of the product range through training seminars and technical accompaniments.
* Arranging and attending trade shows, exhibitions and other business functions as requested.
* Improving personal sales skills and product knowledge through on-going training.
* Maximise opportunities by maintaining an awareness of key activities within the territory, creating pull-through to Distributors by working with End Users and Contractors to develop the business.
The Person
* You will have a proven track record in a sales environment with knowledge of the lighting industry
* Commercial awareness is key, as are excellent organisational and time management skills
* You will be well-organised, detailed and efficient - able to cope under pressure and communicate at all levels. An enthusiastic self -starter, you will be motivated by working to targetsBefore You Apply
