Sales & Retention Advisor - Fully Remote (Scotland) | Start Date: 17th November
Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent | £12.48/hr + Monthly Bonus + Paid Overtime

The Role
Join a dynamic team as a Sales & Retention Advisor, supporting customers with a range of home service protection plans. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls-no cold calling. All outbound calls are follow-ups or retention conversations with existing customers.
Your goal is to convert leads into loyal customers by delivering a friendly, informative, and solution-focused experience.
Working Hours
Shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday
Only 2 Saturdays over a 6-week period
When you work a Saturday, you'll get a day off during the week
Only 9 late shifts (past 6pm) over a 6-week period
Pay & Perks
£12.48 per hour
Overtime paid at £18.72 per hour
Monthly bonus scheme
4 weeks of fully remote training
Agency contract through Search
No fixed end date
Permanent opportunities available across multiple departments-most people convert to permanent between 2-8 months
