What You’ll Be Doing: * Provide expert technical support and application knowledge to the front-end sales team across Commercial Coolers, Industrial Coolers, Condensers & Gas Coolers, and Dry Coolers, with scope to support other product lines. * Prepare accurate and timely quotations and technical proposals for customers and the sales team. * Advise customers on product selection and application, including joint visits with external sales colleagues. * Respond to inbound customer enquiries through the internal sales process, ensuring fast and precise support. * Liaise with internal departments to deliver special product solutions and ensure seamless communication. * Contribute to competitive analysis and product development feedback to strengthen market positioning. * Support exhibitions, industry events, and internal training when required. * Offer ideas to enhance products, services, and sales processes. * Work effectively with CRM and order processing systems (e.g., SAP) to maintain accurate data and visibility. * Undertake occasional site visits and work flexibly to support business needs. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in selecting and applying equipment in the refrigeration and/or air conditioning industry (essential). * HNC or equivalent qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning engineering (desirable). * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage directly with customers. * Experience in a front-line technical or customer-facing role. * Ability to prioritise under pressure and handle challenging conversations constructively. * Relationship-builder who earns trust quickly — internally and externally. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. * IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams), CRM systems, SAP experience essential. * Fluent in English.
