Job Description
We’re hiring for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join an innovative manufacturing business based in Bedfordshire.
What’s on offer?
* £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
* Uncapped commission + bonus (realistic OTE £50k+)
* Full-time permanent | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
* 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Sales & Business Development Executive?
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Building lasting customer relationships and growing existing accounts
* Researching and developing new markets and sectors
* Feeding customer insights back to help shape future product direction
* Staying organised and on top of your pipeline using CRM tools
* Working closely with the senior leadership team
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in internal sales, business development, hire desk, or account management
* Someone confident on the phone, proactive, and target-driven
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Strong IT skills (MS Office and CRM systems preferred)
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to help shape business growth
